Enjoy our spacious, electrically-heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, which is large enough to swim laps! The fully screened, northern exposure pool area covers the entire length of the home and boasts beautiful brick pavers with oversized pool deck for lounging in the sun or grilling your fresh seafood. The under-truss area offers continuous shade throughout the day, and features an oversized, comfortable conversation area, and a hot tub large enough for 2 to 3 people! Our home includes a tasteful dining room off the kitchen, a large family room with cathedral ceilings and a huge 65'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas, and split floor plan bedrooms.
