Physician Endocrinology
We are seeking an Endocrinologist with a commitment to compassionate, patient centered care, a desire to work in a collaborative professional environment, andenthusiasm for ongoing process improvement. Integrity, empathy, collegiality, and astrong work ethic are expected. Duties include but are now limited to the following:
Continuity outpatient clinics Creation and management of templates and order sets to facilitate non-face-to-face care (Consults, e-consultation) Completion of Endocrinology consults and/or medical Endocrinology E-consults Telemedicine/VOD Indirect patient care:
returning telephone calls, responding to patient emails,reviewing and renewing prescriptions, reviewing laboratory and imagining data,communicating results to patients, and implementing improved quality in systems delivery Attend section and service meetings virtually Other duties as assigned. United States Citizenship:

Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine. The degree must have been obtained from one of the schools approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs for the year in which the course of study was completed. Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia. Completion of residency training, or its equivalent, approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Physical requirements outlined below. Reference:

Heavy lifting (45 pounds and over); Use of fingers; Both hands required; Walking (up to 8 hours); Standing (up to 8 hours); Ability for rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously; Near vision correctable at 13 to 16 to Jaeger 1 to 4; Both eyes required; Depth perception; Ability to distinguish shades of color; Hearing aid (permitted). Environmental Factors:
Working closely with others; Protracted or irregular hours of work.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
