Sr. Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (Manufacturing Background)

Reporting to the CFO, the Sr. Analyst, FP&A, is a key individual contributor role within the Finance organization and will have responsibility for:
Coordinate all Financial Planning activities for the company including: the Annual Operating Plan, the Quarterly Forecast Process, and latest view of the next month's performance
Manage all daily, weekly, and month-end reporting requirements. This includes but is not limited to; Daily Sales Reporting, weekly Inventory reports, month-end financial package and executive summary. In addition, position will develop the reporting requirements for Corporate Partners, the Private Equity ownership group.
Scope of reporting includes; Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. It also contains key performance metrics/analysis including: EBITDA reconciliation, Labor Productivity, Overhead spending analysis, material economic changes, etc.
Involvement with external Audits and other business control related activities.
Position will also be involved with various Project activity including review of Investment proposals, ad hoc requests from the CEO and CFO.
Specific skills and experience requirements include;
Approximately 8-10 years' experience with planning processes for multi-product, multi-site environments.
Solid understanding and application of financial measurements & analytics involving both the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and other business performance criteria.
Above average communication skills. The position will communicate across all levels of management and the Finance organization.
Experience with ERP solutions, specifically the F&A modules, and consolidation tools.
Degree in Accounting/Finance required. MBA a plus.
Select travel may be required.
