We are looking for highly motivated Buyer's Agents or newly licensed agents with Superstar potential & a background in sales or business to represent our many qualified buyers. Real Estate experience is not necessary, but you must be accountable & coachable in our proven systems that will make you successful in real estate. Integrity, loyalty & a positive attitude are a must & the ability to be a team player is expected. Must be computer literate, own a reliable 4-door vehicle, have a laptop & a cell phone. Bi-lingual in English & Spanish would be an asset.
