Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking a Service Manager with prior leadership of a high volume service department. Here at Fuccillo Kia, we have a quick lube, multiple bays and a staff that is taking it to the next level.
You will:
Run profitable and efficient service department through the right hiring, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. Responsibilities:
Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible
Greet customers
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Schedule service appointments
Write up repair orders
Test drive vehicles as needed or refer to technician
Provide written estimates for labor and parts
Check on progress throughout the day
Close repair orders as appropriate
Other duties as assigned Prior experience preferred, 5
years
At minimum, must be HS graduate or have GED Professional in appearance
Excellent customer service skills
Unrestricted availability to work a flexible schedule as required
Must have valid Driver's License
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
