Gulf Coast Village is seeking a qualified individual to support recruitment and on-boarding of new staff.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain the job requisitions and job opening list; Post jobs internally weekly and externally as needed; Job Fairs; Recruitment of passive candidates; Recruitment/Candidate Assessment for open positions (Screen resumes, phone screen); Tracking of candidate status; Schedule interviews as needed; Annual orientation Calendar Management; Enter data into background screen database; Provide drug screen paperwork; Check drug and background screens daily; Check references Provide welcome packet; Order name badges and other new hire equipment as needed; Keep orientation and welcome packets ready; Reconcile pre employment screening invoices Ensure all welcome paperwork is obtained by HR with signatures ; Ensure I-9 is obtained in first 3 days of employment for new employees; Monthly orientation facilitation; Send benefits reminder and and process Benefits Enrollment

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a demonstrated successful recruiter in an organization of at least 200 employees, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality field . Requires an individual who exhibits an unwavering commitment to professionalism and professional interpersonal communication, maturity, sense of urgency, and confidentiality in representing the Human Resources function for an organization. Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to consistency meet deadlines. Proven ability to combine amicable personality with professional boundaries in the workplace. Ability to successfully deliver public speaking presentations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
