MUST SPEAK ENGLISH, BILINGUAL ITS A PLUS We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls using our phone system - Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed If you are a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
