Applicants with prior experience preferred, but not required.
Wages will be determined based on experience, positive attitude ,availability and dependability.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain Residential, Vacation and Commercial properties.
Deep Cleans, Move In and Move Out Cleans, Eviction and Construction Cleans Some moving of furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture Disinfecting of Complete Restrooms, restock restroom supplies, clean fixtures, mirrors, sweep and mop floors Dust, wipe and clean all surfaces Report to supervisor any and all deficiencies Example:
loose door handles, burnt bulbs, broken fixtures etc.
Remove all Trash from property and replace Liners Additional duties include but are not limited to, attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up Take before and after Photos as requested by supervisor Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Experienced Professional Cleaner Ability to handle physical fast paced workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Reliable Transportation to ensure consistent dependability required Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with a contractual obligation Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$16.

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
