Maintenance Assistant
Confidential Confidential Cape Coral, FL Cape Coral, FL Full-time Full-time $16 - $18 an hour $16 - $18 an hour Maintenance/Administrative Assistant Maintenance/administrative assistant needed for busy Cape Coral property management company.
This position will assist with office duties as needed including light maintenance at our offices or rental properties.
Responsibilities:
-Answering calls -Contacting vendors, scheduling, reviewing work done -Property inspections -Office maintenance when needed(changing filters, ceiling tiles, touch up paint, moving furniture) -Pick up and deliver packages between offices
Qualifications:
-Prior maintenance experience needed - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -Intermediate computer skills required to utilize our property management software Note:
