The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative and field processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and supervise cleaners.
Training of Inspectors Conducting regular inspections of properties Develop and maintain the cleaning schedule to ensure adequate coverage and timely turnovers.
Coordinate with reservations and operations teams.
Requirements:
Previous vacation rental experience is preferred! Previous Housekeeping Management of at least 2 years is required.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
