Requirements - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management tools such as QuickBooks - Familiarity with medical office management is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Front desk or customer service experience is preferred Note:
