Job Description:
Beautiful aesthetic/cosmetic surgery clinic wants talented administrative assistant or medical assistant for front desk position.
All duties considered within the scope of practice for a medical receptionist to include but not limited to, thorough knowledge of all cosmeceuticals sold in the office, laser treatments, dermal fillers, liposuction, chemical peels, facials, and photography.
Marketing and social media skills as well as aesthetic experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
Appropriate sense of discretion in dealing with varied and difficult situations.
Ability to convey a positive attitude in all dealings with others, whether patients or staff members.
Exceptional personal organizational skills.
Attentive to detail.
Photography, computer, marketing, and social networking skills Independently managing the day-to-day duties required to have a successful medical and retail practice.
