Plans Examiner I ($53,768.
00 Min - $84,136.
00 Max) - One (1) Plans Examiner license issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, any discipline, the area of which is determined by business need.
Plans Examiner II ($56,451.

40 Max) - One (1) Plans Examiner license issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations and one (1) Plans Examiner or Building Inspector license issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, any discipline the area of which is determined by business need.
Plans Examiner III ($59,280.

Position provides support for Building or Development Services and maintains necessary certifications according to division of assignment.
Employees in this class are responsible for ensuring compliance with established standard building, fire and/or zoning codes and regulations.
Incumbents possess a broad background in general construction practices that provides solid knowledge of inspecting structures, reviewing plans, and interpreting various forms of site documentation, i.
