POSITION OBJECTIVE As an Account Manager reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, your primary responsibility will be to generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities by creating, executing, and analyzing successful campaigns.
You will work both independently and collaboratively to achieve your targets with minimal oversight.
This role requires strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.

CRITICAL SUCCESS BEHAVIORS Effectively drive new business sales by quickly reaching out to inbound leads, outbound prospecting, prospecting into target accounts, and reaching out to lapsed clients Generate qualified sales leads with a high probability of closing and maintain contact with clients throughout the decision-making process Monitor the status of sales leads and ensure timely and accurate communication of leads Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals set Assist the Marketing team with promotional activities and special events to drive leads Responsible for filling the sales pipeline with your prospecting efforts Be timely in email and phone call follow-ups Stay in tune with industry news and trends to provide proactive solutions to potential clients QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate would typically have:
Experience with Contact Center operating capabilities and verbiage Experience with CRM data management systems, preferably HubSpot The ideal candidate must possess:
3-5 years professional experience in sales or similar role Expertise with extensive dialing, email, LinkedIn, and other forms of outreach Discipline in time management, attention to detail, and data entry Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and ability to work independently Expertise in written, oral, and visual presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint Job Type:
