Face to face interaction with patients and clinical staff on a daily basis.
Answers phones, directs calls, and schedules follow up appointments.
May be assigned other duties applicable to position.
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
Must be computer literate including electronic health record and word processing.
Must be a self starter and team player with excellent customer service skills.
Some early morning/later afternoon in rotation with other staff.
