Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team.
You will be responsible for sustaining an organization providing exterior express car wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in daily operations as needed.
Operate equipment to include pay stations and POS.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist in the training and development of employees.
Foster a positive work environment.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Prior staff supervision/leadership experience.
Ability operates in a fast passed quickly changing environment.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Detail orientated.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Enjoy working outside.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Possess, or be willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
Be able to work 40 hours a week including weekends with a varying schedule.
