As the Compensation Plan Analyst, you will:
Review compensation plan documentation, working with our programmers to establish the hours required to program the client's needs.
Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face via Zoom Manage customer support tickets Manage and update client accounts Provide customers with product knowledge Update client software configuration Train clients on the software Support other departments We are seeking an individual who is friendly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys mathematical challenges.
The successful candidate will also have:
Excellent communication skills Excellent math skills A warm, approachable manner Extensive experience using MS office software Excellent verbal and written skills Assertiveness Knowledge of Direct Selling a plus Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems with extreme attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
